2025 National Senior Games presented by Humana Registration

Online registration is open for Disc Golf, Tai Chi, Golf Scramble, Basketball Skills and Billiards. The special registration process for athletes on the Pickleball waiting list and partners is ongoing.

Discount Extended! NSGA has extended the early registration discount for the 2025 National Senior Games presented by Humana through the final registration deadline.

Registration Deadline Extended for Select Open Sports: The registration deadline for Disc Golf, Tai Chi, Golf Scramble, Basketball Skills and Billiards has been extended to Monday, June 9, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Soccer Update: Soccer has been removed from the sport lineup for the 2025 National Senior Games presented by Humana due to low registration numbers. A decision has not yet been made on whether it will be offered again at future events. We apologize for the inconvenience. (Updated 2/24/25)

When are qualified athletes able to register for qualifying sports?

Qualified athletes are eligible to register after the Qualifying State Senior Games where the athlete competed submits 2024 results for ALL sports to the National Senior Games Association, and the results are verified.

Athletes who qualified in sports at the states/games listed with “verified” results status at the button below are eligible to register for the 2025 National Senior Games presented by Humana.

Tip: Registering from a computer is recommended.

Online: After reviewing this page, follow the steps below to register online. For detailed registration instructions, reference the online registration guide (coming soon).
Click the button above to access online registration.
Enter your NSGA account number or the email address on your NSGA account and your password. If you do not remember your password, click on “forgot password” and a password reset link will be sent to the email address on your account. Check your spam/junk mail folder if you do not find the message in your inbox.
Once logged in, please follow the steps to complete your registration. The system will only allow you to register for events that you qualified for and Open Sports/Events.

Confirmation Emails

Upon completion of online registration, you will receive two emails. One will be a receipt and the other will be an official confirmation letter email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received these two emails within 24 hours. If you still have not received your confirmation letter please e-mail [email protected].

Teams

The team manager/captain must register a team online before team members can add themselves to the team roster.
New for 2025: Each team member must register and sign a waiver. When team managers register the team online, they will be able to send email invites directly to their team members.
Teams that register by paper must submit a signed waiver for each team member.
Team additions can be made online or by filling out this form (coming soon) until the final registration deadline.
Team members are subject to the one-time $12 processing fee. (see processing fee)

Refund Policy

Refunds are available with no explanation, minus a $30 admin fee, until Thursday, May 15, 2025. The $12 one-time 2025 processing fee is non-refundable. To request a refund on or before Thursday, May 15, 2025, contact NSGA at [email protected]. No refunds will be issued after Thursday, May 15, 2025.

Registration Capacity

Sports/events with entry limits could reach capacity at any point during registration.
If a sport/event reaches registration capacity a waiting list will be taken. If space becomes available in the sport/event, athletes on the waiting list will be contacted in chronological order and will be given a brief timeframe to accept the opening and to register for the sport/event.

NSGA is unable to guarantee entry into sports/events that reach registration capacity.

Individual & Team Sport Registration Fees

Registration fees are by SPORT, not by EVENT. Example: Table Tennis is the SPORT, singles, doubles, mixed doubles are the EVENTS. If you register for singles, doubles and mixed doubles in Table Tennis, the registration fee would be $162.00 including the processing fee.
For team sports/events the team manager/captain must register the team and pay the applicable team entry fee in full before team members can register and add themselves to the team roster.
A $12 non-refundable processing fee applies to each registrant, regardless of being an individual athlete or a team member. This is a one-time processing fee for the 2025 National Senior Games presented by Humana regardless of the number of sport/events you participate in or number of changes made to your registration.
The mail-in processing fee is $30 for individual registrations and $50 for team registrations.
